We are looking for a Head Waiter/Host with a heart for hospitality at Mösseberg Kurort!

Mösseberg Kurort is a conference and spa hotel located in a beautiful natural area on Mösseberg. The hotel features 74 guest rooms, modern conference rooms, and a spa department.

The property's restaurant, Arvids Restaurant & Bar, offers everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to coffee breaks for conferences, festive events, and à la carte dining – every day of the week.

We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/Host who wants to help lead the work in the restaurant while also being an active part of the daily operations.

In the role of Head Waiter/Host, you have a supervisory function together with the Restaurant Manager. You share responsibility for the daily operations, and when the Restaurant Manager is not on site, you lead the work in the restaurant. You work operationally together with your colleagues and ensure that service, quality, and guest experience maintain a high and consistent standard.

Qualifications

• You can understand and communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You have experience in serving and experience as a Head Waiter/Host or supervisor.
• A B-class driver's license is an advantage.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment. Full-time or part-time.

We have a collective agreement between Visita and HRF.

Working hours:

• We have varying working hours during the day and evening, as well as shifts every other weekend.
