We are now looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Head Sommelier (Hovmästare) for Knistad Manor, a full-time position for you who wants to take the next step and be a key person in our operations.

About the role

As a Head Waiter, you hold a crucial position in the heart of our restaurant operations. You lead the team during service, ensure the highest quality in every guest interaction, and create structure and flow from booking to the final impression.

• Has experience from the restaurant industry
• Has worked with à la carte, events, conference dinners, and weddings
• Has preferably held a position of responsibility within a restaurant
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works in a structured manner
• Has natural leadership skills and motivates your team
• Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends
• Likes to stay one step ahead

You are responsible for...

• Leading and distributing work during service
• Ensuring high service and quality standards
• Taking care of guests and bookings
• Coaching and supporting the team
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff
