You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge to help our customers meet future challenges within electrification, energy systems, and industrial development.
Job Responsibilities
As an energy consultant, you will become an important part of our customers' work with electrification, energy optimization, and industrial development. You will work in technically advanced assignments where you combine technical competence with business understanding to create long-term sustainable solutions.
You will, among other things:
- Participate in projects within electrification, energy systems, and industrial development
- Conduct technical analyses, investigations, and pre-studies related to energy facilities and power systems
- Work with design, dimensioning, and technical documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions within energy optimization, grid expansion, and electrification
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams to ensure progress and quality
- Participate in the planning, coordination, and follow-up of technical projects
- Provide technical advice and identify improvement opportunities that create value for the customer
Qualifications
We are looking for you who want to drive development within electrification and the energy transition. You are motivated by solving complex technical challenges and thrive in a role where you get to combine technology, collaboration, and business understanding.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a corresponding field
- Experience as a project manager, lead engineer, or similar technical role in technology-intensive projects
- Experience working within energy, electrification, power engineering, industry, or infrastructure
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in technical analyses, design, or system design within the power engineering field
It is meritorious if you also have:
- Experience with tools such as EPLAN Electric P8, Engineering Base, ETAP, or similar systems
- Knowledge in power calculations, relay protection, or network analyses
- Experience from FACTS installations, switchgear, power systems, or infrastructure projects
- Experience from companies such as ABB, Hitachi Energy, Siemens, or similar industrial and energy companies

Practical Information This is a permanent position, located at our new fresh office in central Borlänge, Målaregatan 10. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the job. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed.
