We are now looking for a Lead Service Technician for the South Region who wants to ensure that critical equipment in healthcare and industry works when it is needed most.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Lead Service Technician for the South Region, you will work from home and be responsible for the service area in the region. You plan your own customer visits, build long-term relationships, and ensure that customers receive the service and support they need.

You work with the installation, service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of medical technology equipment related to sterilization and disinfection. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you become a key contact person for customers and a key player for AD MediCal in the region.

You maintain close contact with colleagues across the country and the headquarters in Mölndal, while simultaneously driving your region independently in daily operations.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of equipment
• Service, troubleshooting, and repair
• Preventive maintenance and quality assurance
• Planning and coordination of service efforts in the region
• Customer contact, advice, and relationship building
• Documentation and reporting of completed work
• Collaboration with colleagues and suppliers regarding technical solutions

The role involves travel within the region and a number of overnight stays per year.

We believe you have:

• Technical education or equivalent experience in areas such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or industrial technology
• Experience in service, installation, or technical field work
• Experience working independently and taking personal responsibility
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
