Are you an electrician looking for new challenges? At IndustriQompetens, having supported the industry for over 25 years, we are now looking for driven and meticulous electricians for assignments with our customers throughout the Mälardalen region, primarily around Västerås.

About the position

As an electrician with us, you will work on varied assignments for our industrial customers. The work as an electrician involves assembling electrical equipment, mechanical mounting, and wiring according to circuit diagrams, connection tables, or drawings.

We are looking for electricians to join our own staff for permanent employment. You will work on longer or sometimes shorter assignments at our customers' sites.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has electrical training, or equivalent, e.g., control and regulation or electrical automation.
• Has a basic understanding of electricity, which is a requirement due to electrical safety.
• Has experience with electrical installations.
• Hold a B-authorization (formerly BB1 and BB2).
• Can read electrical drawings and work independently.
• Is meticulous, flexible, and has good teamwork skills.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

We normally start with a fixed-term employment so that both you and we get a chance to get to know each other properly before moving on to a permanent position with IQ or one of our client companies. Depending on your background and references, it may naturally be relevant to have a permanent position from the start.

You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other allowances according to the technical agreement, which is the collective agreement that we and most of our customers are affiliated with.
