We are now looking for a conference host who wants to take responsibility for the daily conference operations and create professional, welcoming, and memorable experiences for our guests. You are often the first person our visitors meet and play an important role in creating the warm and personal feeling that we want Hitech to be associated with.

About the role of Conference Host

As a conference host, you have overall responsibility for the daily conference operations. You are the natural contact person for our guests and ensure that everything runs smoothly from the first booking to the last cup of coffee.

You are also the face of Hitech, creating a warm, professional, and personal reception. With a keen eye for detail, service, and hospitality, you contribute to making every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

The work involves, among other things:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing conferences, from simple breakfast meetings to larger dinner events.
• Hosting our guests and ensuring high service and quality.
• Planning orders and coordinating food and coffee arrangements together with our suppliers.
• Ensuring that premises, technology, and conference environments are in good condition.
• Handling bookings, quotes, and customer contacts.
• Making quick decisions and finding solutions when conditions change.
• Developing the conference operations together with other colleagues at Hitech.
• Leading and distributing the daily work within the conference operations, as well as having some staff responsibility for employees within the activity.

• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing.
