Do you want a job where you truly make a difference? We are currently looking for summer substitutes for the home care services in Upplands-Bro who can work on a schedule during the summer.

About the role

As a substitute, you will replace permanent staff during the vacation weeks 28–33 (July 6 – August 16). You will be employed on a fixed-term contract and scheduled via our system, TimeCarePool. Working hours vary between days and evenings, and include every other weekend.

Your responsibilities

• Support care recipients in achieving a meaningful daily life and good quality of life.
• Assist with personal hygiene, such as toilet visits, changing incontinence products, and showering. Duties also include errands, meal assistance, walks, and accompaniment.
• Serve as an important face of the home care services – a perfect role for you if you wish to apply for a more permanent position as a nursing assistant in the future.

We are looking for someone who

• Wants to work a schedule of approximately 40 hours per week during weeks 28–33.
• Is a trained nursing assistant or has experience working in home care.
• Can ride a bicycle – this is a requirement.
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
• Is flexible, responsible, and a good team player.
• Enjoys providing service and thrives when working with elderly people.

You will receive an hourly wage based on your education and experience. The hourly wage ranges between 145–175 SEK.

About the recruitment process

Screening and interview invitations are conducted on a rolling basis. If you proceed to the next stage, you will be invited to a group interview. If offered employment, we will request a current and valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register.
