We are looking for you who have solid experience within retail. With your background in fashion retail, you will, together with the rest of the team, be responsible for maximizing sales in the store and increasing consumers' knowledge about Marty and our brands – automatically making you an ambassador for Marty. You have a good ability to prioritize, you perform your work in a structured manner with high quality, where your personal engagement contributes to customer experiences beyond the ordinary.

To succeed in the role, we believe you must have a passion for fashion and trends, but above all, love customer interaction and enjoy social interactions. As a person, you have good self-awareness and the ability to motivate, engage, and develop your colleagues with a positive, humble attitude. You are an independent, flexible team player with a strong commitment to sales. Through your knowledge of products, materials, and service, as well as your ability to read people, you become a key person, not only for Marty but also for the customers.

Previous experience in sales and retail is seen as a given, and being 18 years or older is a requirement to apply for the position. Furthermore, you need to thrive in a very dynamic and flexible environment with a high pace.

The position offers the opportunity to work with many established brands in a developing environment. Among the company's most well-known brands are Stenströms, Sand Copenhagen, Filippa K, Busnel, Gant, Hansen & Jacob, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, and others.

The employment is with the company Marty Group. The position is 10-15 hours per week and includes both weekday and weekend work, with the possibility of overtime according to an agreed basic monthly schedule. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Pension and insurance according to the collective agreement through the Swedish Union for Commercial Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
