We are now looking for a professional salesperson for our trade shop, with responsibility for the store's inventory. The main focus is on proactively developing service and sales to consistently meet and preferably exceed customer expectations.

Your responsibilities

As a salesperson in our trade shop, your duties primarily involve serving all our customers, both professional clients and consumers. This includes acquiring new customers and upselling to existing ones. You will create quotes and place orders, handle goods receipt, pack, and finalize customer orders. You are responsible for inventory management and purchasing for the trade shop, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the store remains neat and organized.

Every other Saturday, and occasionally as needed, you will also assist in our consumer store. Here, you will positively guide our private customers to help them reach a decision that meets their wishes, requirements, and additional needs.

At our company, you will receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with our wide range of products. You will focus on the big picture and contribute to the customer and employee satisfaction we are known for, which we see as key to further strengthening the store's profitability.

You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities, able to prioritize and structure your work flexibly and effectively so that it remains manageable for others.

To be considered for this position, we require:

• Experience in service roles and retail work
• Experience in warehouse work and a forklift license are meritorious

Employment conditions

Centro has a collective agreement, and this position falls under the Retail Agreement.

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Probation period / Permanent position

Working hours: Varying store hours, weekdays 06:30–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–14:00
