Job Description

Working as a substitute means that you replace permanent educators for shorter or longer periods. You participate in the educational activities together with the work team. The duties include, among other things, working with children's language development, leading smaller groups of children with a focus on each child's needs, and contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is flexible and wants to work as a substitute within our three preschools. You are secure and stable with a warm and positive attitude towards your surroundings. You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy taking personal responsibility. You always put the children first and prioritize being a present, playful, and language-focused educator. We value good relationships between everyone who visits the preschool, and you should be friendly, receptive, and curious in your interactions with others. You should be familiar with the preschool curriculum.
