Facility Manager / Handyman at Villa Foresta & Villa Lovik

We are now looking for a Facility Manager who wants to create real experiences. Not just keeping things running, but elevating the entire environment.

The role is split between Villa Foresta and Villa Lovik. Two destinations with a strong identity, high ambitions, and the guest at the center.

Your daily routine

No day is the same as the other.

You move between planned maintenance, quick interventions, and fine-tuning that makes a difference.

You ensure that everything is in place, that everything works, and that it feels right.

You will, among other things:

• Ensure the property and environment always maintain a high standard
• Fix, repair, adjust, and improve continuously
• Ensure the operation of technical systems
• Support operations during events and busy days
• Create structure and order behind the scenes
• Act as the link to external suppliers when needed

About the role

• Full-time position, approx. 50% at Villa Foresta and 50% at Villa Lovik
• Varying working hours, including some weekends
• Start date according to agreement
