We are looking for a Controller for a full-time or part-time assignment starting in mid-August and running through December. The role involves broad responsibility within finance and financial management, where you will work both operationally and supportively for the business.

The duties include, among other things, budgeting and financial follow-up, preparing decision support materials, developing routines and processes within the financial area, and leading the financial assistant. You are also responsible for monthly and quarterly follow-ups, interim accounts, analyses together with business managers, ongoing accounting and bookkeeping, as well as handling supplier agreements and payments.

Furthermore, the role includes financial reporting to the board and owners, as well as acting as a support in business-related issues with financial impact.

Requirements

We are looking for an independent and structured person with good analytical skills and a genuine interest in finance and business management. You thrive in a role where you combine operational work with analysis and process development.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience from a similar role within controlling, finance, or business follow-up.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in financial and business systems.
• Ability to drive your work independently and take responsibility for deliveries and follow-up.
• Easy to collaborate and communicate with different parts of the business.
• Experience in reporting and financial support to management or the board is an advantage.
