About the Role
We are currently looking for a Property Technician for our Operations Department, responsible for Lund and the surrounding area.
You will become part of a team consisting of property technicians and operations technicians who together are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of our customers' properties in Skåne. Each technician has their own geographical area, but collaboration within the group is an important part of the work. When challenges arise, you help each other find solutions and support one another in daily tasks.
The work is varied and involves great freedom under responsibility. You plan and carry out many of your tasks independently while maintaining close contact with colleagues, customers, and tenants.
Your Responsibilities
As a Property Technician, you will work with tasks such as:
- Corrective maintenance
- Patrolling and inspection of properties
- Upkeep and ongoing maintenance
- Handling fault reports and repairs
- SBA (Systematic Fire Protection Work)
- Inspection and maintenance of fire alarms
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in property maintenance or similar work. You have a technical interest, enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks, and thrive in a role that combines independent work with collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented, solution-focused, and able to build good relationships with customers, tenants, and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in property maintenance or equivalent work
- Education in property technology or other relevant experience
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have
- Education or certifications in areas such as fire alarms, sprinklers, hot work, or lift operation
- Experience working with operation and monitoring systems
