Do you want to help shape the future of family law? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are several small municipalities that have decided to collaborate on a shared family law unit to obtain the competence and professionalism that the field requires. Currently, Kinda, Åtvidaberg, Boxholm, Ödeshög, and Valdemarsvik are part of this collaboration. Here, you get the opportunity to help start a joint collaboration from scratch. We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent education.
- At least two years of experience in child case management within social services.
- Experience working within family law.
- Good knowledge of legislation and guidelines within family law.
- Experience with digital working methods.
- Category B driver's license.
Job Responsibilities:
The position involves supporting families by providing advice on family law matters, conducting VBU investigations (investigations regarding measures for children and young people), paternity investigations, adoption investigations, and leading cooperation meetings together with a colleague. Access to supervision and guidance will be available as needed.
We are looking for a person who values the equal worth of all, has strong communication and collaboration skills. This means you are sensitive to clients' needs, have a positive and open attitude, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Personal suitability is something we place great emphasis on. The work is primarily performed remotely through digital meetings, but will also involve some travel within the municipalities. This requires you to be flexible and able to work independently.
The position is a permanent full-time employment.
Start date according to agreement.
