Our assignments cover ongoing bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns, tax advisory, payroll administration, and business support.

About the Role

As an Accounting Assistant here, you work independently with ongoing bookkeeping for a number of clients, but with more daily support than would be required for an experienced accounting consultant. You are responsible for booking incoming documents, performing reconciliations, and working according to our established routines and processes.

As you become confident in the daily operations, you will gradually move on to working with annual account processes, tax returns, and client communication. The pace of this progression varies from person to person; we tailor the setup to your prerequisites and how you develop in the role. You will always have someone to bounce ideas off of and receive continuous guidance along the way.

If you have an interest in the payroll area, there is also an opportunity to shape the role so that it eventually includes some payroll consultant tasks.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have recently graduated with a degree in Economics, or who have completed a vocational college (KY) or university college (YH) education with a focus on accounting. You do not need prior work experience in accounting, but we expect you to have a solid theoretical foundation to build upon.

You are meticulous, structured, and quick to adapt to new ways of working. You have good general IT skills, thrive in digital environments, and are not afraid to learn new systems. Most importantly, we value your interest in economics, your desire to develop, and a positive attitude towards working both independently and collaboratively.

Practical Information

Start date according to agreement. Full-time position. We use tests as part of the recruitment process. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as you are able.
