Viraliv is now looking for driven and results-oriented Consultant Managers who want to help develop our business in staffing nurses, doctors, and other healthcare personnel across Sweden.

About the Role

As a Consultant Manager, you are responsible for the entire process from customer contact to recruitment, staffing, and follow-up of consultants. You work closely with both customers and healthcare personnel to ensure high quality and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships within municipalities, regions, and private healthcare providers
• Recruit and match nurses, doctors, and other healthcare personnel
• Manage the entire consultant process from initial contact to follow-up
• Negotiate contracts and prices
• Work towards clear sales and growth targets
• Ensure high customer and consultant satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing
• Is driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Has strong communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by creating results
• Experience from the healthcare or staffing industry is an advantage but not a requirement
