Responsibilities

• Telephone contact with Swedish customers who have an account on the platform offered by the company.
• Provide assistance, customer service, and training regarding the platform.
• Provide the customer with market updates and news regarding financial markets. This information is provided solely to enable the customer to make their own investment decisions.

*Complete training and coaching will be provided to ensure your success within the team.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks fluent Swedish.
• Can communicate and convey a message with high energy.
• Is passionate about the financial world, investments, and politics.
• Is courageous with lots of ideas.
• Is a team player who enjoys working and building a good team, not just in the workplace.
• Has a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Knowledge of English is a plus but optional.
