About the Role

As a Central Support Technician specializing in charging and connectivity, you will act as the back-end point of contact between markets, external installation organizations, and central product and development functions.

Your role is key to solving complex technical issues, restoring functionality, and continuously improving installation quality and system robustness.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing back-end technical support to markets and external installation organizations
• Troubleshooting EV charging station installations, including issues with electrical configuration, commissioning, and startup
• Diagnosing and resolving connectivity-related issues (LAN, WiFi, mobile, backend communication)
• Managing technical cases requiring accurate, fast, and high-quality communication
• Acting as a link between field issues and internal product, software, and hardware development teams
• Contributing to knowledge bases, installation guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating closely with other technical support colleagues globally

Requirements

What you will bring:

You are a collaborative and solution-oriented support technician who enjoys working close to the field and supporting others in solving real technical problems. You are comfortable taking ownership of complex issues and standing by your technical results in a clear and trust-building manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical support, commissioning, or troubleshooting of electrical or connected products
• Strong understanding of connectivity (network basics, firewalls, SIM, backend communication)
• Experience with EV charging systems, EV charging infrastructure, energy, or IoT solutions is highly advantageous
• Ability to work in teams across time zones and cultural contexts
• Structured problem-solving and high integrity
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Above all, you have a strong technical interest, a focus on the end-user and installer experience, and a genuine passion for making complex systems work reliably in the real world.

Additional Information

Location and Scope:

The position is located in pleasant premises in Torslanda. This is a full-time position, and the start date is to be agreed upon.

We offer a monthly salary in the range of 43,000–47,000 SEK for this position. Salary setting is in accordance with our salary policy and is based on education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
