About the Field Technician role in Gothenburg

We are currently looking for a Field Technician for a summer assignment in Gothenburg, employed until August 31.

As a Field Technician, you will work on-site at our customers' premises, primarily in office and retail environments. Your tasks will include installing, troubleshooting, and replacing IT equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware. The work is largely PC-related and involves daily customer contact.

You will travel between various customer sites in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. To perform this work, you must have a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to your own car. Mileage reimbursement is paid according to current regulations.

The start date is by agreement (preferably immediately), and the assignment runs until August 31. Working hours are weekdays during office hours, 08:00–17:00. Introduction and training are conducted together with experienced technicians.

About you as a Field Technician

• Previous experience in IT support, hardware, installations, or repair work is meritorious.
• You are responsible, communicative, proactive, and service-oriented.
• You enjoy working independently and meeting customers in their workplaces.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Location: Gothenburg and surrounding areas

Employment period: Immediate/by agreement until August 31

Compensation: Mileage reimbursement is paid when using your own car for work.
