You will step into a large organization where several business-critical IT initiatives are running in parallel, and dependencies between technology, business, and external parties need to be managed. In this role, you lead one or more IT infrastructure projects and ensure that planning, execution, and handover work in practice.

You work in an environment with established architectural principles, clear working methods, and many stakeholders. This means you need to be able to create structure, coordinate different workflows, and at the same time maintain focus on the business needs. The role may also include related project management efforts within IT when needs arise.

• You plan, lead, and drive IT infrastructure projects from initiation to handover and closure.
• You coordinate workflows, dependencies, and deliveries between internal teams, business units, and external parties.
• You ensure that the project follows established architectural principles and solutions.
• You translate business needs into clear project planning and ensure that deliveries function prior to implementation, operation, and handover.
• You monitor schedules, economics, risks, and status to create control and progress.
• You prepare decision-making materials and report to project owners and steering groups.
• You collaborate closely with other projects as well as the operations and maintenance organization to create sustainable results.

• Several years of experience working as a project manager in large and/or complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and parallel project streams.
• Experience with projects within IT infrastructure or related technical areas.
• Experience leading projects through the entire process, from planning and initiation to execution, handover, and closure.
• Experience coordinating internal resources, consultants, and external suppliers.
• Experience working according to established processes and methods for project management within a large organization.
• Experience working in both traditional projects and agile environments.
• Very good documentation skills.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You work in a structured manner, are sensitive to business needs, and can adapt your work when conditions change.
