About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy individual interested in supporting dealers and our internal customer service department? Then the role of Support Specialist at MSX International is for you. In this position, you will handle complex technical issues and connectivity-related questions. You will work in an engaged team alongside skilled and experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming technical cases and inquiries from the customer service department.
• Daily follow-up of active cases based on current priority order.
• Become a specialist in Connectivity issues, such as vehicle apps.
• Maintain close relations and dialogue with technical support and customer relations departments.
• Initiate and maintain communication with product technical personnel.
• Continuously stay updated on products by attending training and studying instructional technical documents.

Qualifications:

• Technical automotive background.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Engaged and analytical problem solver.
• Communicative and service-oriented.
• Experience with connectivity is an asset but not required.
• Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
• Good English skills (especially written) are an asset.

Location and Scope:

The position is located in pleasant premises in Torslanda. This is a full-time position, and the start date is negotiable.

We offer a monthly salary in the range of 40,000–43,000 SEK for this position. Salary is determined in accordance with our salary policy and is based on education, competence, qualifications, and experience.
