About the role

As a Supervisor, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineers, and other key stakeholders in the project. You will work on-site in Boden together with approximately 10 other colleagues from the same company. You will be involved in the project's development through various phases, with opportunities to grow and develop as the project progresses.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reviews of completed work.
• Coordinate between various subcontractors in all areas, such as construction and occupational health and safety.
• Administrative tasks in various systems.
• Plan and control work readiness, risk assessments, and self-inspections.
• Ensure that necessary aids are available on-site, such as barriers, lighting, etc.
• Participate in internal and external meetings.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working in similar roles within the construction industry.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license and have access to a car to commute to the workplace.

Merits

• Several years of experience in construction and/or project management.
• Experience with steel and/or concrete structures.
• Good Swedish skills, as some communication takes place in Swedish.

We also consider it a merit if you live in or have connections to the Luleå/Boden area, as the need is relatively immediate.
