About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high gastronomic quality, a well-functioning team, and a professional working environment.

• Is a trained chef
• Has experience from quality restaurants and preferably hotel operations
• Has high gastronomic knowledge and a strong passion for cooking
• Enjoys developing menus, working methods, and yourself
• Is a natural leader who can make decisions and create structure in daily life
• Has experience or interest in mentoring students and colleagues
• Is responsible, loyal, and stable
• Contributes to a positive work environment and good atmosphere in the kitchen
• Has a genuine commitment to giving guests the best possible experience
