You don't just sell a product – you create solutions

Sales at Colix is not about selling a finished product from a price list. Our customers have different businesses, challenges, and needs. Therefore, the role is about understanding the customer's daily reality, asking the right questions, and identifying how digital solutions can create value.

To succeed, you need to be curious, receptive, and genuinely interested in people and business.

Your daily life with us

  • Prospecting for new customers
  • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings
  • Identifying needs and business opportunities
  • Presenting solutions
  • Driving the business from first contact to closing
  • Managing your customer relationships

You will be based at our office in Växjö and work together with an engaged team where energy, collaboration, and business focus go hand in hand.

Who are you?

Perhaps you work in sales today. Maybe you sell insurance, subscriptions, services, or work in retail and feel it's time to take the next step. The most important thing for us is not exactly what you have sold previously.

The most important thing is that you:

  • Enjoy contacting new people
  • Are motivated by goals and results
  • Have energy, drive, and a strong sense of personal responsibility

  • Can handle receiving many "no's" without losing focus

Experience with B2B sales or IT sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
