Smart Parkering Sverige AB currently handles parking supervision, operation, and management of garages and parking facilities. We do this on behalf of property owners, housing associations, and property management companies. We provide smart, customized digital and environmentally friendly solutions, as well as the market's most customer-friendly platform. We operate in several locations across the country with our headquarters in Stockholm. With a focus on environment and technology, we are creating the parking of the future!

To our newly opened office in Karlstad, we are now looking for two on-call parking attendants. You will be part of the business area: East.

Working hours are primarily scheduled 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri but may include shift times (e.g., 14:00 - 01:24, 06:00 - 18:00, 07:00 - 15:45) as well as the possibility of weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Patrolling facilities by car and on foot.
• Ensuring parking regulations are followed.
• Ensuring correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issuing control fees for violations.
• Maintaining order and organization at the office, equipment, and vehicles.
• Scheduling appointments for: tire changes, service, and inspections.
• Reporting vehicle checks and statistics to the manager/responsible person.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B driver's license for a manual transmission car for at least 2 years.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant.
• Previous experience in security/guarding.

The work begins with an internal training of approximately one to two weeks regarding the laws and regulations applicable to parking and signage (private property). Upon employment, a certificate of good conduct (police record) will be requested. Salary and employment terms are based on the collective agreement. The base salary for a newly hired hourly employee is 163.07 SEK/hour (valid for the first 6 months) and increases to 170.86 SEK/hour thereafter.
