We are currently looking for Parking Attendants for our office in Karlstad.

About the role
As a Parking Attendant with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within an assigned area (property grounds). Through your presence in the field with a patrol car and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed, and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good accessibility. The job offers plenty of variation, great freedom, and important responsibility.

For example, you will:

• Monitor your work area by car and on foot.
• Check that parking rules are followed.
• Ensure correct and clear signage is present within the area.
• Issue control fees when necessary.
• Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions.
• Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services.

The position is a temporary employment based on need, with start date according to agreement. Hours vary according to schedule, and night and weekend work are included. Our parking attendants are based out of our office in Karlstad.

About you
To fit the role, you have a positive attitude, social skills, and act with good judgment. You have a systematic and meticulous approach with an eye for detail; taking responsibility comes naturally to you. You are simply an honest, helpful, and vigilant person who makes people around you feel safe.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a service role

Merits:

• Previous experience as a parking attendant
• Previous experience in security
