Eltel has won new business and is now strengthening District West with more colleagues! We are looking for you who have experience in electrical engineering and preparation and who want to contribute to building the electricity grid of the future. Is that you? What are my responsibilities? 🔌 As a preparer, you are a key player in our projects within the voltage range of 0.4–36 kV. You drive preparations for new construction and renovation, maintenance, and service. The role is broad and entails technical responsibility, coordination with clients and authorities, as well as practical planning. You support projects with planning and risk assessments, and ensure that both own staff and contractors have the right competence and access. You are an important link between technology, safety, and coordination; here you have the opportunity to influence the entire chain from planning to implementation. Specifically, the work involves:

• Engineering and detailed planning in consultation with the customer
• Prepare work instructions, checklists, and work orders
• Material orders and booking of resources
• Handling traffic arrangement plans and permits
• Contact with landowners, authorities, and subcontractors
• Prepare outage planning and coordinate co-construction projects
• Participate in kick-off meetings and ensure quality throughout the project

A large part of the work involves keeping all reporting and documentation up to date and ensuring that ÄTA (Electrical Safety) work is handled correctly. You will be part of a new department and play an important role in Eltel's initiative to develop our offering within electricity distribution. Travel is involved in this position.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Technical high school education in electricity or equivalent
• Alternatively, a relevant project engineer education in power systems or equivalent work experience
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Category B driver's license

It is highly meritorious if you have:

• Experience of local network engineering within the electricity grid.
• Experience of contracting work, project operations, and/or investment operations.
• Education/certification within EBR, BAS-P/BAS-U
• Experience as a distribution electrician

If you have experience and/or interest in HSEQ issues, there may be an opportunity to develop in the area in the future.
