Operations Manager for one of Sweden's most advanced washing facilities

Halmstad Åkarnas Fastighetsbolag AB (Håfab) is a service company with over 60 years of experience, based in Halmstad. Together with Sveriges Åkeriföretag, Transportcentralen i Halland, and Harplinge Transport, we offer a facility spanning 44,000 sqm where we rent out premises and parking spaces, and operate a state-of-the-art washing facility for heavy traffic. Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for a solution-oriented person to manage our operations, ranging from contact with tenants to ensuring full occupancy of our washing facility. The role involves significant independent responsibility as well as close contact with customers, suppliers, and tenants. Examples of tasks include property maintenance, sales, marketing, maintenance of the washing facility, preparing billing documentation after washes, and registering new vehicles for washing.

Your profile

To be considered for this position, we require professional experience and a comfort level in customer-facing roles. We are looking for someone who is reliable, social, and customer-oriented. To fit the role, you should:

• Enjoy managing your own day in a responsible manner.
• Be proficient with computers.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.

Experience from the transport industry, real estate sector, or accounting is considered a plus.

Employment terms

Full-time, on-site at our premises on Fräsaregatan 1 in Halmstad. We offer market-competitive employment conditions and individual salary setting. The position includes a 6-month probation period. Start date is negotiable.
