Tecnicon Byggkonsult is looking for an engaged building constructor who wants to work with design within building construction.

Your main tasks include, among other things, investigations, dimensioning, and design of contract documents. You will work both independently and in project groups within our construction department.

Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik, and we would prefer that you live in the city. Here you will collaborate with other technical consultants in both internal and external consulting groups to deliver services to a wide variety of customers.

Your formal qualifications

We are looking for you who are a building engineer, university college engineer, civil engineer, or have other equivalent qualifications within building construction.

You have several years of work experience in the construction sector or have recently graduated from an education in the field.

Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Good computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 are required.

Knowledge of English in speech and writing is an advantage.

Experience with CAD programs, primarily Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as calculation programs, preferably from Strusoft, is an advantage.

Experience as a contractor or work with construction issues within the municipality can also be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
