About the role

Uniflex is now looking for another skilled excavator operator for one of our clients in Karlstad. In this role, you will work together with electricians and perform excavation work on various projects around Karlstad and the surrounding area. The work is varied and involves moving between different job sites depending on the projects.

The position is full-time with working hours Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Start is immediate, and the assignment runs until autumn/winter 2026, with a possibility of extension.

You are self-sufficient in your role as a machine operator but also find it easy to collaborate with other professional groups, such as electricians. You are solution-oriented and prioritize safety in everything you do. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, as we strive to find a positive employee who works well together with our client's staff.

Requirements:

• Machine operator training/certificate
• B-driver's license and access to your own car

Merits:

• A few years of experience as an excavator operator
• BE-driver's license (heavy vehicle)
