📍 Location: Karlstad. Travel within the region is a natural part of the role.

Your role:

As a Project Manager for security technical solutions, you will take significant responsibility for our installation projects within advanced security technology (burglar alarms, access control systems, and video surveillance) from start to delivery. Our clients turn to us for security solutions beyond the ordinary, which places high demands on your ability to deliver the best solution. You will:

• Lead complex projects for authorities, municipalities, and companies.
• Have full economic responsibility. Monitor budgets, handle purchasing and invoicing, and take responsibility for project results.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure correct delivery on time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in project management or a leading technical role from installation – or another similar technically complex business.
• Has a high school education, preferably with a focus on security technology, economics, or electrical engineering.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English and holds a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Has a good understanding of project economics.

Merits:

• Knowledge of BAS-U & BAS-P.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Knowledge of project design/planning.
• Certified burglar alarm engineer.
• Experience working in installation projects with electricians.
