About the Position

Responsibilities

Currently, there are 12 licensed occupational therapists and 12 licensed physiotherapists working on the unit. When you start with us, you will be assigned a mentor to support you and ensure a secure and positive start to your work.

As a licensed occupational therapist at the Rehabilitation Unit, you will work across two care and nursing homes in close collaboration with physiotherapists and other professions. The role involves standard occupational therapy tasks within municipal elderly care, such as:

• Prescription of assistive devices
• Rehabilitation interventions in residential care
• Functional assessments
• Supervision and support for care staff

You will be a vital part of the team, contributing your expertise to create a person-centered approach where the individual's needs and resources are at the forefront.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and wish to contribute to the development of elderly care at Landskrona Omsorg AB.

You have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work from a patient perspective. The role requires that you can work independently while thriving in a team environment. As a person, you are responsible, receptive, and possess strong empathy.

Other requirements:

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• A satisfactory extract from the police criminal record must be presented before employment.

We use Lifecare for medical records and also work with other IT systems such as Mina Planer and WebSesam. You will receive introduction and training in the systems used.
