Your Role

Are you a service-oriented person with a technical background who thrives in a coordinating role where you can make a difference? We are now looking for a Technical Coordinator who enjoys being the hub of operations and is motivated by creating structure, driving issues forward, and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.

You will become part of our electronics section, consisting of designers and specialists responsible for new development, design, and management of electronic systems for our missile system products.

As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are developed according to established processes and working methods. The work includes, among other things, coordinating and following up on activities in our development processes, as well as supporting operations in our well-equipped electronics labs. The role also involves method development, documentation, leading reviews, and coordinating and driving product maintenance cases. Additionally, you will contribute to the maintenance and service of the products and equipment used in our development activities.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine technical interest and good technical understanding, for example through an engineering degree or equivalent experience. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you need to be communicative and have an easy time collaborating with different functions and areas of expertise.

We believe you are a structured and quality-conscious person who takes initiative and drives your work forward independently. You enjoy varied tasks, have a positive attitude, and see changes and new challenges as a natural part of the job. Furthermore, you express yourself well in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have product knowledge and experience working with and handling products or equipment within missile systems.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
