Anton Education operates two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, covering grades from preschool class to grade 9. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who are a certified teacher in German for grades 7–9, preferably combined with another subject.

As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, secure, and stable. You have good skills in meeting students' diverse needs, are easy to collaborate with, and able to create and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team with a focus on collaboration. In your leadership, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and involvement. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience working in schools. In this role, you will work as a teacher in grades 7–9. You will collaborate with other teachers in the work team, student health services, and the management group.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Planning, teaching, and assessment according to the curriculum and current regulations
• Adapting to students' varying needs with a high degree of differentiation
• Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and potential Erasmus initiatives
• Interprofessional collaboration with regular teachers, student health teams, and school leadership
• Collaboration in work teams and subject groups, as well as participation in the school's collegial development work

Qualifications

• Teaching degree with certification in German, preferably combined with another subject
• Experience teaching in primary school
• Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement
• Good structural skills and familiarity with digital tools in teaching
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships: with students, colleagues, and guardians

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Permanent position at 50% with the possibility of more, depending on the subject combination. The employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, starting in the autumn term of 2026.
