Göingeskolan, one of the municipality's primary schools, is a 7–9 grade school with approximately 250 students. The school is centrally located in Broby, close to both the town center and the surrounding nature.

Göingeskolan, together with the entire municipality, is part of "Skolresan 2030" (The School Journey 2030), aiming for higher goal fulfillment for our students. At our school, we work to ensure that all students experience participation, motivation, security, and study peace so that they reach their goals. We want them to thrive and feel well to maintain their desire to learn. The school's teachers, student health team, and other professionals work together with students and guardians to provide good conditions for learning. Inclusion and collaboration are key words for us. We have a high level of ambition and a good work climate that stimulates development and learning for both students and staff.

There is an active student council and Skol-IF at the school, working to increase study peace and create a secure and active school environment. Through their work, students also feel that the school listens to them, that their engagement and participation are important.

1 Position

Job Description

Göingeskolan is looking for you who are a qualified teacher with the eligibility to teach in grades 7–9.

You will teach in the annual schedules for grades 7–9 and have assignments within preventive and promoting student health work. You will be part of the work related to student security and study peace, as well as planned activities during the students' school day, for example during breaks.

In the role of a teacher at Göingeskolan, you will, together with your colleagues at the school, work towards the different grade levels, based on our governing documents and the school's pedagogical holistic concept. You are part of one of the school's work teams and are an important cog in our development work where an inclusive approach and collaboration are of great significance.

Qualifications

You have a positive attitude towards your students and colleagues and have the ability to create a very good work climate, with good relationships in a secure environment.

Your personal qualities are important to us, so we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You naturally have an easy time expressing yourself well in both speech and writing.

According to the School Act, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the police criminal record) is required before employment can be offered.
