We specialize in oat fractionation, and our unique products are used in dietary supplements, food production, sports and nutrition products, as well as the cosmetics industry.

Our products are made from high-quality Swedish oats. We are a world-leading supplier of three unique oat ingredients:

• Bran: A dry powder with a high content of soluble fiber (beta-glucans) that has health-promoting properties, including benefits for blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
• Flour: A very fine flour that is ideal for use in beverages, for example.
• Oil: A unique vegetable oil with special nutritional and functional properties.

What Does the Role Offer?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a central and varied role where you work to ensure a safe and efficient production process. You will become part of an experienced maintenance team and collaborate closely with both production and colleagues within the maintenance department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining process equipment and machinery.
• Contributing to and driving improvement work to increase operational safety and efficiency.

The position is located in Bua. Working hours are during the day, and on-call duties are included. You report to the Maintenance Manager.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have a technical background and experience from industrial operations, for example within maintenance, mechanics, operations technology, process, or mechatronics. You have a strong interest in technology and thrive in working close to operations, where you can use both your practical and analytical skills.

You have a good understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with welding and control and regulation technology is an advantage, as are knowledge of pneumatics, cutting machining, or the maintenance system SAP.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good command of English.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and self-initiating. You enjoy collaborating, take the initiative, and have a natural focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
