We are now looking for an engaged assistant nurse for night work at one of our special housing facilities in Kinda Municipality, located in Kisa.

Description of the workplace

Bergdala Elderly Home is Kinda Municipality's largest elderly home and is located in Kisa. Bergdala consists of 71 apartments distributed across 8 departments. Here you will find:

• 4 departments with a dementia focus
• 3 departments with a somatic focus
• 1 department with short-term care and home care places

Job Description

Care work is an important, enjoyable and developing job where you provide support and help to people in their daily lives. We work from a common value base where we look at each person's conditions, create participation and make everyday life meaningful.

As a night assistant nurse, you work independently and responsibly with varying tasks, including:

• Implementation of approved interventions
• Documentation according to SoL and HSL
• Handling of delegated health care interventions
• Create safety and good relationships with users and relatives

The meeting with the person is always in focus. Through a professional and respectful approach, you contribute to safety, participation and good care.

Working hours are scheduled nights, including weekends. APT (Annual Physical Examination) takes place during the day.

Qualifications

You take great responsibility in your professional practice and show judgment and respect. You work systematically and have a great ability to reflect, assess and handle different situations that can change quickly based on your own competence. It is important that you can balance different demands and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. You are good at creating and maintaining good relationships with others and are confident in meetings and difficult conversations.

You have a great ability to work independently, but also together with others. Since we are legally required to document our work, it is of great importance that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

Finally, you are a person with a genuine interest in people and service.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
