Develop into a refrigeration technician at Indoor!

Are you ready to take the step into the technology profession of the future? PN's collaboration with Indoor gives you both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Technician. After 12 introductory weeks that include onboarding and supervision, you begin your assignment at Indoor, in an industry where demand for competence is growing.

Professionals Nord is now launching this successful setup in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Indoor for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to Indoor, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical sessions to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you develop within areas such as:

• Refrigeration technology
• Electrical engineering
• Piping systems and system construction
• Refrigerants and the F-gas regulation
• Refrigeration certificate category 1

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Launch event: September 21

Introduction: September 21 – January 22 (details for the entire introductory period will be provided at the employment interview)

First day at Indoor: January 25

Job Responsibilities

As a refrigeration technician at Indoor, you will have a varied and developmental role where you work with the installation, service, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems for the company's customers. You become part of a small and tight-knit team with great freedom under responsibility, where you are given the opportunity to influence your daily life and develop within the profession.

You become an important representative for Indoor at the customer site and work in a role with a lot of personal responsibility. The work involves great variation where you switch between independent service assignments, troubleshooting, and assembly projects. The position is based in the Gothenburg area where overnight stays may occur.

Common job tasks include among others:

• Installation and commissioning of refrigeration plants
• Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems as well as adjacent areas such as ventilation, control and regulation technology, and water-based systems
• Troubleshooting within refrigeration as well as adjacent areas such as ventilation, control and regulation technology, and water-based systems
• Customer contact and advice on technical solutions
• Planning of work together with colleagues and responsible project managers

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop within refrigeration technology
• Enjoy combining practical work with technical problem solving
• Are curious, responsible, and dare to take own initiatives
• Have patience and are driven by solving complex problems
• Have good teamwork skills and enjoy customer contact
• Hold a B driving license

Strongly meritorious with tool familiarity, previous experience in a craft profession, or practical skills, for example from working with vehicles, renovation projects, or other practical contexts.
