As an electrician at Uddevallahem, you are one of the most important employees regarding service and the relationship to our customers. Since you, as an electrician, spend a lot of time out in our areas and properties, it is important to have engagement, a willingness to serve, and a flat-hierarchy attitude towards the different tasks of the job. Through professional and personal handling, you contribute to customer security and promote well-being and staying in the home. Your areas of responsibility mainly include maintenance work and new installations in Uddevallahem's property portfolio, service work, and inspections of electrical installations.

🏠 What you can do during a work week

• Perform repairs and ongoing maintenance
• Prioritize and handle fault reports and provide feedback to our customers
• Plan inspections and ongoing controls
• Contribute with economic participation and awareness
• Document in the company's property system
• Create and maintain a good relationship with our customers
• Take initiative and contribute to business development

💡 What we are looking for in you

• Have educational proof in the form of an ECY certificate or limited authorization
• Have at least three years of experience as a service electrician or similar job role
• Have a B-driver's license
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Have basic digital competence

• Have some experience in control and regulation technology
• Have other relevant education for the profession
• Have good digital competence, know well how Office programs work
• Are multilingual
