The Assignment

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous CNC operator for our client in Kungsör. In this role, you will be part of a productive team responsible for setting up, programming, and monitoring CNC machines to produce components according to drawings and specifications. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a practical environment, have a strong focus on quality, and want to contribute to an efficient production flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program CNC machines based on drawings and work orders
• Monitor machine processes, make minor adjustments, and ensure tolerances are maintained
• Perform quality control and document measurement results according to established procedures
• Change tools and fixtures, as well as perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and ensure delivery reliability
• Follow safety regulations and contribute to a good working environment

About You

We are looking for someone with experience working with CNC machines and a good technical understanding. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team. A driver's license and good communicative skills in Swedish are meritorious.

• Previous experience as a CNC operator or similar within mechanical production
• Experience with CAM software and/or control systems such as FANUC, Heidenhain, or similar is meritorious
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Meticulousness and experience with quality control
