You will step into a key role where the focus is on strengthening and standardizing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in Azure. The goal is to create a secure, stable, and scalable technical foundation for several businesses with their own D365 developers and application management, with a special focus on LCM, monitoring, security, compliance, licensing, and connectivity.

You will work closely with Infrastructure & Operations and contribute to both daily operational work and the development of more uniform, automated solutions for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine architecture, platform-near technology, and improvement work in a larger and complex environment.

• You handle incidents, requests, change, and problems in the organization's ITSM tools related to the Dynamics 365 platform.
• You drive issues within IAM, licensing, monitoring, security, and LCM for several D365 apps and the technical platform around them.
• You develop and maintain automated solutions in Azure that standardize surrounding services for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments in a scalable way.
• You work with ARM templates, CLI, and PowerShell scripts to configure and manage the Power Platform.
• You contribute to projects and other activities together with different business areas when needs arise.

• You have deep technical competence as a Technical Solution Architect within Dynamics 365 FO (ERP) and Dynamics Copilot.
• You have broad technical knowledge within Power Platform and Azure services.
• You have knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines as well as various interfaces for managing the Power Platform, such as ARM templates, CLI, and PowerShell scripts.
• You have a good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.
• You have experience working within Infrastructure & Operations.
• You are accustomed to working in larger and complex organizations.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
