ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of UX/UI Designer with a focus on UI, you will work on designing and further developing interfaces for a new software product. Your work will primarily involve building upon existing designs and creating new features in close collaboration with the development team.

You will work in Figma to create thoughtful and user-friendly UI solutions. The role involves close collaboration with a senior UX designer who leads the overall design work, while you drive and execute the design tasks.

You will become part of a UX team in Lund and also collaborate with development teams in Europe; travel may occur approximately every sixth week.

Examples of tasks:

• Design UI and new features in Figma for a complex software product
• Further develop and improve existing designs
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasible and efficient design
• Contribute to design decisions and argue for solutions in a technical context

You are confident in your skills and dare to stand by your design decisions, while being curious about others' perspectives and wanting to understand the technical prerequisites behind the solutions.

We believe you have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI design with interest and focus on UI
• Post-secondary education in, for example, interaction design, information and communication technology, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Figma
• Fluent English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Swedish in speech and writing
• Work experience from a technically advanced environment
