  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families.
  • Work in both hospital and home care settings, adapting to each patient's individual needs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a nurse from an EU country.
  • Previous experience as a nurse, preferably in hospital or municipal care.
  • Basic computer literacy for modern healthcare environments.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing, with motivation to learn Norwegian.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • A driver's license may be required for some home care positions.

  • Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
  • Respect for the patient's individual needs and an empathetic approach.
