You will step into an assignment within a large municipal organization where the Atlassian environment needs to be established, structured, and prepared for both daily operations and future scaling. There is a clear need for someone who can create order, provide guidance on best practices, and simultaneously work practically within the system.

You will contribute with advisory services, troubleshooting, and configuration in Jira, while helping the business find sustainable working methods and the right structure for continued development. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence how Jira and Jira Service Management are used in an organization with a strong focus on digitalization.

• You establish and further develop the structure of the existing Atlassian environment.
• You define, configure, and document roles, permissions, security, and data management.
• You set up and improve filters, dashboards, and schemes for workflows, issue types, screens, and fields.
• You create a plan for how Jira Service Management can be used and integrated with various Jira spaces.
• You support working methods for how Jira can interact with other Jira products such as Jira Align, Teams, and Portfolio.
• You collaborate with central IT regarding integrations with Office products such as Teams and Outlook.
• You contribute to training in agile working methods and create manuals and other support materials.
• You provide advice on approaches, best practices, and troubleshooting related to the Atlassian platform.

• Experience with Jira administration.
• Experience with advisory services related to the Atlassian platform.
• Experience in business development, implementation of agile working methods, and change management.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.

• Experience in the public sector.
• Understanding of working methods related to communication work and digitalization.
