Holstagårdsskolan is a family-oriented school in Laröd for students in grades F-9. Here, we value student-centered leadership, collegial collaboration, and the ambition to create a good school for all students. For the upcoming school year, we need to hire a teacher for grades F-3.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves teaching Swedish and Social Studies (SO). You will become part of our teaching team working together on students' development and learning. You will be offered a varied job where you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching. You collaborate with other educators, guardians, student health services, and school management to create a context that benefits students' knowledge development and well-being. Mentorship responsibility for grade 5, together with a colleague, is also included in the role.

Qualifications

  • You must be a certified teacher for the current position.
  • Pedagogical skill and genuine commitment to students' learning, development, and well-being.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
  • Strong ability to create structure, inspire, and adapt teaching to the needs of the student group.
  • Experienced in working both independently and in teams – you contribute ideas and take responsibility for the whole.
  • Confident in using digital tools and teaching platforms as a natural part of teaching.
  • Solution-oriented and innovative – you have an interest in developing and improving teaching methods.
