About the position

Your task will be to provide customers with safe, secure, and individualized care of high quality and professional conduct. As a nursing assistant or care aide in home care, you work closely with people who need care and support in their own homes. You will also be part of a work group that collaborates closely with each other, working both independently and together with your colleagues. You are expected to perform delegated tasks from nurses/rehabilitation staff and follow current procedures and guidelines.

You will have flexible working hours and the opportunity to work days, evenings, and weekends. Our customers live in Norrtälje and surrounding areas, where we primarily travel to our clients by car, bicycle, or on foot.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care.
• Service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Documentation according to current procedures.
• Medication delegation after completed training and approved delegation.
• Contact with customers, relatives, and colleagues.
• Work according to implementation plans and decided measures.

About you

For this position, you need:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Ability to cycle.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Education as a nursing assistant.
• Ongoing care and support education.
• Experience working in care and support or other experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You are a mature and confident person with a genuine commitment to others. You have good collaboration skills and express yourself well verbally. You work in a structured and service-oriented manner, take personal responsibility, and are self-reliant, while also thriving in a team environment. You are flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
