Who are you?

To thrive in the role of Project Manager, you need experience in coordinating and driving design processes within residential construction. You have a good understanding of the different stages of the construction process and are accustomed to working closely with clients, consultants, and production teams to ensure that projects are carried out according to set goals regarding quality, time, and economy.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You have a natural ability to create engagement and collaboration between different disciplines and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and drive issues forward.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university or civil engineering degree in construction, civil engineering, or similar relevant education, or equivalent work experience
• Has 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Has experience with residential projects
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)

This is a recruitment assignment, which means that Bustos Konsulttjänster AB is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed by the client.
