About the Role

Bäckström Stockholm AB is now seeking experienced and self-reliant operators for tracked and wheeled excavators for assignments in Stockholm, Gävle, and Avesta. The role involves working within construction and civil engineering, where you, as a machine operator, are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality according to provided drawings and project requirements.

You will work in a production-oriented role with significant personal responsibility and will be a key part of driving projects forward. The work is performed both independently and in collaboration with other professional groups on the job site.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Professional certification for relevant machine types
• Documented experience as a machine operator (tracked and/or wheeled excavator)
• Good proficiency in GPS operation
• Ability to work independently in production
• Valid B-driver's license

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a strong work ethic and contribute to a professional working environment.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working in civil engineering, water/sewer, road construction, or similar fields
• Experience working with drawings and digital data
