Do you want to help develop the future of public transport in southern Stockholm? We are now looking for a Production Manager who wants to take a central role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality transport delivery with the passenger as the focus.

About the role

As Production Manager, you are responsible for daily transport production and ensure that operations deliver according to set goals regarding quality, safety, economy, and customer satisfaction. You lead and develop the team within traffic control, production support, and traffic flow, focusing on creating conditions for stable operations and a high service level for passengers, employees, and clients.

You work closely with Region Stockholm and other parts of the business to develop and improve transport delivery. The role is part of the local management group and is a key function in achieving the business's goals, driving development, and strengthening the business. You have a local traffic control team with four traffic controllers who lead the operational operations around the clock, every day of the year.

In addition to personnel responsibility for your employees, you are responsible for local traffic safety work and ensure a close and coaching leadership presence in the operations. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a manager or leader with personnel responsibility
• Experience working towards operational and economic goals
• Experience with reporting, analysis, deviation management, and quality follow-up
• Very good system and computer skills

Meritorious

• Post-secondary education or university degree in fields such as transport, logistics, economics, or urban planning
• Experience from a customer-oriented operation with 24/7 shifts
• Experience from the public transport industry
