At Värmebaronen, you will play a central role in helping installers, retailers, and distributors resolve technical questions regarding the company's heating and energy solutions through consultation, troubleshooting, and product support.

About the Role
As Technical Support at Värmebaronen, you will become an important part of the team supporting installers, retailers, and distributors with the company's products and systems. You will work with technical consultation, troubleshooting, and guidance regarding installations, where a large part of the job involves understanding the customer's situation, analyzing problems, and helping them find the right solution. The role is office-based, and all support is provided remotely via phone, Teams, and email.
Over time, you will build deep knowledge of Värmebaronen's products and become a key technical resource both externally and internally. The role also involves close collaboration with colleagues in development and production, where you contribute valuable insights from the market and help drive improvements in products, processes, and customer experience. About You
We believe you have an electrical background and are accustomed to troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Perhaps you currently work as an electrician, electrical installer, industrial electrician, service technician, or in another technical role where you daily use your technical understanding to find solutions.
As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and quick to grasp new products and systems. You enjoy analyzing problems, finding solutions, and communicating technical reasoning in a clear and pedagogical manner. Through your professional approach, you build trust with both customers and colleagues. We believe you have:
Experience in technical support and advisory services to customers, installers, or retailers via phone, email, or other digital channels is highly meritorious.
